THE ROLE:
- You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with the opportunity to take ownership of files from instruction to post:completion, working with a broad client base
- Managing a full residential property caseload, including residential sale and purchase transactions, including leasehold and new:build matters.
- Ensuring excellent standards of client care and service
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, agents, and referrers
- Contributing to business development and the profile of the department
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical ability and up:to:date knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
- A client:focused and commercially minded approach
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time:management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- A proactive, problem:solving attitude with a keen eye for detail
