We are seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Medical Secretary/Administrator to join the Department of Clinical Neurosciences (DCN) at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Hospital. This is a full-time position (37 hours) at A&C Band 3.
Responsibilities
* Provide medical secretarial support within the Department of Clinical Neurosciences.
Qualifications and Skills
* Significant secretarial experience with excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Working knowledge of MS 365 applications.
* Experience with NHS administration systems, including TrakCare, is essential.
* Ability to work under pressure; flexible and reliable with good English language competency.
* Excellent audio typing skills; a typing test will form part of the interview process.
