We welcome caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers or Care Assistants. Full training and support will be provided.
What you will be doing:
1. Using the training provided, assist those we support by helping with daily tasks.
2. Support in day-to-day life, such as social visits, family visits, and days out to local attractions.
3. Keep paperwork up to date to ensure all information is accurately recorded for each person.
4. Work positively with colleagues, families, and external organizations to support those living in the home.
What we would like you to have:
* A basic understanding of care is beneficial, but no formal experience is required.
* Strong communication skills.
* Pride in working with vulnerable people and a serious approach to safeguarding.
* Effective decision-making and judgment skills.
* Strong planning and organization skills.
* Ability to meet all Health & Safety standards.
