Join Our Team as a Dynamic Neighbourhood Housing Manager!
Are you passionate about creating thriving communities? Do you excel at building relationships and solving complex housing issues? Are you an effective communicator? If so, we want YOU to join our Neighbourhood Housing Management team!
As a Neighbourhood Housing Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission, managing a team and overseeing a portfolio of properties to ensure our customers receive the first-class support they deserve. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and maintaining high-quality housing services.
2. Building strong relationships with customers and partner agencies, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.
3. Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
4. Implementing community engagement initiatives to enhance customer involvement.
5. Ensuring compliance with housing regulations and health and safety standards.
You must have:
1. Proven experience in housing management or a similar role.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
4. A passion for community development and customer well-being.
5. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
6. Knowledge of housing laws and regulations.
You must be fluent in English (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act for the effective performance of a customer-facing role).
The ability to travel throughout the Borough is required.
