Graduate Recruitment Consultant
(Southwest based - as 1-2 days a month in Exeter/Devon for meetings/training & development)

The Role
We're on the hunt for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you're a fresh graduate or someone ready to pivot into a people-first role, this is your chance to launch a career with coaching, commission, and clear progression.
What You'll Do
- Source top talent using job boards, LinkedIn & direct outreach
- Write attention-grabbing job ads
- Build client and candidate relationships
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring processes
- Hit personal and team goals - and get rewarded for them
What We're Looking For
- Ambitious, driven graduate or career starter
- Natural communicator with confidence
- Resilient, coachable, and full of energy
- Sales or customer experience? Great. If not - we'll train you,
- Just be open to speaking to cool engineers, Techy's and hiring manager’s
- We will give you the knowledge and support to develop into a world class global
recruiter.

- Starting package-£27-30K base salary + upto 10% yearly bonus
