Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Thanet. You'll be supporting our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.
We are recruiting part‑time and full‑time care assistants to support our clients at home, with work available across Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Westgate, Cliftonville, Birchington and surrounding areas. Whether you have previous professional experience, have cared for a loved one, or simply enjoy supporting others, we value compassion, patience and understanding and provide all the training you need.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, and medication management.
* Prepare hot meals and help with domestic tasks.
* Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to the lives of those in care.
Requirements
* Right to work in the United Kingdom.
* Subject to a DBS check.
* Available to work night shifts (9 PM–7 AM).
Shift Pattern & Schedule
The schedule rotates: 3 shifts one week, 1 shift the next, giving you every other weekend off.
