Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
Working as part of our Bristol Wills Trusts and Estate Disputes team, you’ll be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You’ll work closely with our fee-earners to support them with any administrative, secretarial and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.
About You
Your Role
* Support the delivery of high levels of client and third party communication (phone/ email/ digital/ post).
* Support fee earner email management, ensuring emails are filed in the relevant electronic system in accordance with procedures, processes and policies. Provide paper filing support where digital filing is not possible.
* Undertake basic legal tasks where required e.g. court forms
* Support fee earners in the preparation of court bundles where required
* Making sure all team files are in good order and databases are kept up to date
* Supporting the WTED team with processing searches
* Manage travel and accommodation arrangements
* General administrative support
* Arranging diary appointments, organising meetings, booking meeting rooms
* Attending regional office to support business needs 1 – 2 days per week

* Proven legal experience in a comparable position
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
* Excellent organisational skills and time management
* Ability to work on own initiative
