Job Description
3. Process and verify invoices in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
5. Ensure payment runs are completed accurately and on schedule.
6. Communicate effectively with vendors to address queries and issues.
7. Maintain organised and accurate financial records.
8. Assist with month-end accounts payable reporting.
9. Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
10. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
11. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
12. Prior experience in an accounts payable or similar role.
13. A good understanding of accounting principles and processes.
14. Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors and team members.
