Pay and hours
Our Pharmacy Dispenser rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The times shown are the periods during which we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you will have 3 weeks notice of your exact shifts. We are happy to support flexibility, so if your available times match closely but not exactly the advertised times, we would still love to hear from you.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do.
Role overview
Discover what it's like to work in a fast paced environment, where colleagues are focused on delivering a gold standard of service and patient care. There's a lot more to it than dispensing medicines. Every day you'll have the opportunity to support customers with new medicines, vaccinations, reviewing medicine use, and checking blood pressure or blood glucose levels. It's about supporting our communities by making the best healthcare choices available and convenient for local people.
Working alongside experienced Pharmacists and managers, you will receive local management and leadership support in any store you are based in. Our management team comes from a variety of backgrounds, so there is always a chance to learn.
We are looking for talented and driven Pharmacy professionals who can deliver the highest quality healthcare service and, in return, we will provide a supportive team, detailed industry training and a varied working environment where no two days are the same.
