The Role
Integration engineer with a strong background in Emissions, Gas Path, and Aftertreatment.
A suitable candidate may include calibrators with extensive experience in emissions or base engine engineers knowledgeable in emissions, including test bed experience.
Support the development of the engine and aftertreatment physical base system engineering.
Knowledge of integrating different core systems - Aftertreatment and Gas Path.
Hands-on experience calibrating diesel engines for emissions on dyno with emissions targets.
Your responsibilities:
1. Deliver robust requirements and targets on-cycle to programs.
2. Develop system artifacts (MBSE models, use case analysis, LAD, FFA/DFMEA/DRBFM, DVP, requirements, standards) off-cycle and update on-cycle as required.
3. Deliver new functions through statement of capability (SOC) and Feature statement of intent (FSOI) processes.
4. Identify, report, and resolve system compatibility issues efficiently.
5. Ensure functions adhere to specified engineering methods, computer tools, and aids.
6. Support Vehicle and domain integration activities.
