About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Class Teacher to join our growing team at Lamledge School, leading a class within our Nurture and Communication & Interaction provision. You will design and deliver personalised, flexible education programmes for Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, communication and interaction, sensory and physical challenges, cognition and learning difficulties, and complex behaviours. Working closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, and wider leadership team, you will ensure high standards of teaching, pupil progress, and wellbeing, delivering creative, inclusive lessons both in the classroom and across the wider school environment. You will also contribute to the professional development of colleagues and support whole-school initiatives.
