* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity and early independence.
* Work in partnership with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to support early learning and development.
* Track and record progress using school systems and contribute to EYFS team planning.
* Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in Early Years, ideally within a Reception class.
* A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child-centred pedagogy.
* Excellent communication skills and a warm, supportive teaching style.
* Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to raising standards.
