Head of Retail Broking Eastleigh We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Retail Broking to lead AIB Airsports Insurance Bureau in Eastleigh, overseeing a portfolio across personal lines (home and motor) and commercial vehicle insurance. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing retail broking division, drive volume growth within specialist markets, and play a critical role in shaping the future of the business following recent acquisition. The Opportunity AIB joined BDH Group in 2024 and represents a significant proportion of overall premium. With a strong foundation already in place, this role is focused on taking the business to the next level—driving growth, modernising operations, and identifying new opportunities across personal lines and commercial vehicle products. You will report into our commercial director and work closely with senior stakeholders across BDH Group to deliver performance, complete key integration activity, and position the business for long-term success.
