Application Support Analyst -Compliance Systems \n Based in London - 2/3 days in office \n Up to £50,000 (depending on experience)\n Outstanding Excel Skills, ServiceNow and SQL \n A well-established organisation is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their Compliance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive attitude to support key business systems and contribute to operational success in a collaborative environment. \n\n Provide 2nd line support for compliance-specific applications, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution.
\n Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. \n Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms. \n Maintain system configurations including user access, permissions, and reference data.
\n Raise and manage support cases with third-party vendors. \n Collaborate with internal IT, compliance, and business teams to support upgrades, testing, and deployments. \n Document support procedures, known issues, and configuration changes.
\n Assist the Compliance team with compiling reports and statistics using Excel and Power BI. \n\n Outstanding Excel skills are essential. You should be confident working with complex spreadsheets and genuinely enjoy using Excel as a core part of your role.
