Are you ready to play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of those who serve our communities?


We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Occupational Health and Wellbeing Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated team at Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service.


This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your clinical expertise and passion for wellbeing will help shape a healthier, more resilient workforce. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering occupational health services, supporting trauma recovery and promoting a culture of care and wellbeing.

About the Role


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Audiometry Assessments
2. Vision Screening
3. Spirometry Assessments
4. Blood Pressure, Urinalysis, and Cholesterol Tests
5. Wellbeing Assessments
6. Health Promotion Activities
7. Fitness Testing
8. Supporting our Trauma Support Team and Wellbeing Ambassadors


You will also:

9. Provide expert advice on fitness for work, sickness absence, and return-to-work processes.
10. Coordinate referrals for physiotherapy, MRI scans, and specialist appointments.
11. Assist in developing and updating occupational health policies.
12. Deputise for the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager when required.



Key Requirements


13. Diploma/NVQ in social care or similar, with at least 2 years’ experience in a clinical or care setting.
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice.
15. Experience in health screening and individual case management.
16. Knowledge of trauma-related issues including PTSD.
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flexible, self-motivated approach.
