Quality Lead
Location: East Surrey College / John Ruskin College
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45 am - 5 pm
Salary: £38,179 per annum
Closing Date: 13/04/2026
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of high quality provision across Orbital South Colleges.
* Drive quality assurance and improvement activity across all provision types, with a key focus on leading and coordinating Higher Education (HE) quality, compliance and enhancement.
* Work with validating universities, awarding bodies and the Office for Students.
* Strengthen student voice and support curriculum teams to meet regulatory expectations and sector best practice.
* Develop efficient systems and processes that enhance quality, innovation and the student experience.
* Lead from the front to inspire continuous improvement in FE and HE.
Qualifications
* A Teaching qualification
* Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
* Knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum
* Experience of quality assurance including lesson observation
