The Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team and take the lead on our largest and most strategic customer accounts. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our clients receive outstanding support, long-term value, and a world-class experience with PushFar. As a CSM, you’ll be responsible for the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding and training, to ongoing engagement, strategic planning, and renewals. Your mission: drive customer satisfaction, maximise platform engagement, and ensure long-term client success. In addition, we’re looking for someone who can help build and develop an improved customer success practice, bringing insight on best practices, and supporting team members to deliver exceptional service. This role has the potential to progress into the customer success lead. Key Responsibilities Own and manage relationships with PushFar’s largest enterprise customers, primarily working with senior HR professionals Lead smooth onboarding processes, ensuring new clients are successfully introduced and trained on the platform Drive ongoing engagement by developing and executing tailored customer success plans that align with each client’s goals Lead strategic accounts planning, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients, presenting strategic insights and reporting to demonstrate value and foster partnership growth Manage renewals and retention, identifying opportunities for expansion while mitigating risk, working closely with the sales team to land upsells Serve as the client’s voice internally, advocating for product improvements and working closely with our product, support, and engineering teams Create high-quality, tailored content and presentations to support customer communications and success strategies. Proactively identify and deliver improvements to our customer success processes and materials Requirements 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, with at least 2 years in a role managing high-value accounts Proven success managing key accounts in a B2B SaaS environment Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior HR professionals or similar stakeholder groups Strong verbal and written communication skills—confident presenter and thoughtful listener Strategic thinker with experience in account planning and growth initiatives Adept at creating impactful presentations and reports to share progress and insights with customers Highly proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and collaborative approach Location and Flexibility This is a remote-first role. Our office is in London, but we’re open to candidates based anywhere in the UK or overseas. If located outside the UK, you’ll be expected to be available during UK working hours when required, with some flexibility. Why Join PushFar?
