Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher with experience across EYFS – KS2?
GSL Education are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to join schools in Lancing. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs, offering the chance to gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for EYFS – KS2.
* Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil outcomes.
Requirements for the Primary Teacher role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs).
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil success.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
