School Cleaning Operative – Sidcup DA14 4PX

Are you looking for a part-time role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
About the Role
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for:
* Keeping school facilities clean and hygienic, including classrooms, corridors, and communal areas.
* Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
* Ensuring restrooms are cleaned and well-stocked.
* Helping to create a positive, safe space for learning.
What We Offer
* Pay: £13.23 per hour.
* Hours: Various to cover sickness and holidays only (shifts allocated will be Monday to Friday, 3:45PM – 6:15PM, term time + 4 additional weeks = 43 weeks per year).
* Training: Full training provided – however previous similar experience would be preferred.
* Uniform & PPE: Corporate uniform and PPE provided

* Committed to high standards of cleanliness.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Based locally in or near Sidcup, with suitable transport for the school location.

* This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and applicants must be able to provide the necessary documentation for us to arrange this on their behalf.
