We are seeking a Compliance Advisor to join our Workspace division. This position will support operational teams such as Project Managers, Client Project Managers, Site Managers, Site Supervisors, Foremen and Sub-contractors, and take full responsibility for the management, recording and timely execution of the Framework quality deliverables in accordance with programme and quality requirements. This will involve providing guidance and advice to the business on compliance with statutory requirements and company standards. • Manage the Key Performance Indicators for allocated project • Highlight areas where poor practice and/or significant risk have occurred • Liaise with client representatives on mitigations • Work with Senior Managers and/or Directors on the development and implementation of strategies for improvement • Raise awareness on issues through toolbox talks, briefings & delivering training • Monitor and maintain the Divisional Management System for Framework specifics • Ensure all quality planning is managed on sites • Keep up to date with new legislation and best practices in the industry What We’re Looking For Essential • Full Driving Licence • IT Skills – in-particular Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. • Good management/organisational skills, with ability to manage time and meet deadlines • Understand and maintain company KPI’s in relation to future business improvement • Experience in assisting with training sessions on portals and bringing the team with you • At least five years construction experience Desirable • CSCS card holder – Management standard How to Apply: If you’re ready to take the next step in your career with a company that values your expertise and innovation, we’d love to hear from you!
