Sales Colleague – Peak
Currys plc – Fixed Term Contract, Part Time, 8‑15 hours per week, £12.21 per hour + bonus. Farnborough, UK.
Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Colleague you’ll learn about our products during a two‑ to three‑day induction and then help customers sell, serve, and support tech. Your flexible hours include Saturdays and Sundays, with stores open 7 days a week (typically 9 am‑8 pm).
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
* Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support store operations by completing operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Willing to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable meeting personal sales, service, and customer experience targets.
* Strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store.
