Parking & Shopmobility Services Attendant - CambridgeThe Role and About the Person you are looking for:Customer Service & Communication orientated: Provide friendly, professional assistance to the public via intercom, phone, and email etc,.Mobility Equipment Support: Assess new customers, issue appropriate mobility aids (scooters/wheelchairs), demonstrate safe usage, and ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.Facility & Site Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections of parking and Shopmobility areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational standards; promptly report any issues or hazards.Administration & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate electronic records for customer usage, equipment inventory, revenue, and permits; manage databases and support daily operational coordination.An Enhanced DBS check is required for this postFull driving licence required.Why join us?
