An established and award-winning accountancy practice is hiring aOutsourced Business Services Senior to join theirteam in Woking. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounts professional to step into a client-facing role, working with a dynamic and growing portfolio of businesses across a wide range of sectors.

The Role
As a Senior in the Outsourced Business Services team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality accounts and advisory service to clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and supporting junior staff, while managing a variety of technical and advisory work.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing statutory accounts in accordance with UK GAAP
Managing client relationships and coordinating services across tax, payroll, HR, and company secretarial functions
Supervising, mentoring and reviewing work of junior team members
Supporting business development and cross-selling opportunities
Liaising with third parties and maintaining a high level of client service
Contributing to the firm’s advisory offering and developing a value-led mindset
About You
We’re looking for someone confident, collaborative, and technically strong, who thrives in a supportive yet fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
ACA / ACCA / CA qualification, or AAT qualified with 4+ years’ practice experience
Experience preparing accounts within an accountancy practice
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and core accounting concepts
Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
A proactive mindset and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Strong Excel and general IT skills; experience with cloud-based systems advantageous
A positive, team-oriented attitude with the confidence to support and mentor junior staff
