Job title: Delivery Driver (3.5T/Van) at Salvo1968 Ltd – located in Cheshunt. This is a Full Time, Permanent role with a salary of £29,150 and 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Saturday work may be required).

We source authentic ingredients for London’s Italian restaurant scene and operate across four depots with a tech-enabled platform serving restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, and delis across the UK. We’re looking for a reliable and professional Van Delivery Driver to join our team in Cheshunt. You’ll deliver goods safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service, from vehicle checks to timely deliveries, representing the brand on the road.
What You Will Be Doing
* Carrying out daily vehicle, equipment, and safety checks before and after shifts.
* Driving responsibly, following road safety regulations and company delivery schedules.
* Loading, securing, and unloading goods with care, including chilled and frozen products.
* Using handheld devices to record deliveries and capture proof of delivery.
* Providing friendly and professional service to customers, resolving delivery queries where needed.
* Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any issues promptly.
* Wearing PPE and representing the company brand with professionalism at all times.
Person Specification
* Full, clean appropriate driving license
* Physically fit and able to handle heavy loads safely
* Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing demands
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining safety standards
* Strong team player with excellent customer service skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
* Punctual and reliable with a professional work ethic
