About the Role
In this full‑time Machine Operator role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our machines, performing checks and ensuring quality meets specifications.
Shift pattern – 4on 4off – 6am to 6pm.
Main duties
* Assist in effectively meeting customer demand by ensuring your line meets or exceeds targets in a safe manner.
* Communicate any process or issues to the Production Management Team.
* Ensure the line continues to run smoothly and systems operate efficiently.
* Ensure product is produced at a high quality by completing line checks.
* Work to job cards ensuring specifications and instructions are followed.
* Complete any relevant documentation in an accurate and timely manner as directed by your Supervisor.
* Follow the clean down and GMP standards in place.
* Monitored any critical control points and take action if necessary.

Requirements
* Technical and mechanical mindset to set up machines correctly and efficiently, identifying faults to minimise/avoid downtime.
* Experience in a fast‑paced FMCG production environment preferred.
* Critical thinking with an inquisitive mindset (confidence to challenge).
