As an M&A Tax Senior Manager, you will…
Provide strategic commercial advice to clients, across a range of sectors on their transactions
Analyse financial data to consider potential tax implications; working with your clients on potential mitigation strategies
Manage and mentor junior team members, developing them to be the best they can be
Work closely with the Partner on business development efforts, attending networking events, and client pitches/meetings
Requirements:
As an M&A Tax Senior Manager, you will need…
ACA, CTA qualifications or equivalent
Experience working in M&A and/or Transaction tax
Ideally knowledge of multiple sectors from a Tax perspective, but specialists can be considered
Desire to push on towards Director and Partner
