We are looking for a Retail Team Member, 10 hours per week, to cover as extras. Due to some lone working, candidates need to be over 18.

Offer every customer a tasting and use it as an opportunity to talk about our food.
Ask open questions and provide expert information about our food, as appropriate.
Share information with customers on new products, pairings, side dishes, serving suggestions, garnishes, etc.
Be thoughtful—help carry bags to cars, entertain children, offer another basket. Do whatever is appropriate to ensure a good customer experience.
If you are a foodie, great! We will train you to know our products, including how and where they are made. Understand which dishes suit which occasions—be an expert.
Use your knowledge to help customers plan menus or advise on catering for occasions. Talk to customers about upcoming offers, products, and promotions.

Know your shop targets and aim to achieve them!
Ensure the shop always looks immaculate, clean, and spotless.
Replenish and rotate stock; keep freezers full.
Be proficient at operating the till efficiently and accurately. Use the in-store computer to record till data.
Understand the shop paperwork, necessary legal checks, and their purposes.
Open and close the shop, and handle cashing up.
Check deliveries and place orders.
Ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
Assist with stocktaking as required.
Look smart with your apron and name badge at all times.
Support your Shop Manager and team members by being active, contributing, and working together to create a remarkable shop.
