About the Role: We are seeking a Team Leader to support the Care Manager, and Care Coordinator/Field Supervisor in all aspects of care management. You will encourage staff, assist in supervision and induction, and review rotas and rostering plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the caregiving team
* Collaborate closely with the Care Coordinator for effective team coordination
* Assist in administrative support roles to streamline operations
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies
* Participate in on-call rota to ensure staff have access to advice, guidance, and support in emergencies
* Facilitate effective team communication, support induction, and ensure records are up to date
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in administrative support roles is advantageous
* Proficient in health and safety risk assessments and incident report uploads
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
* Experience as a senior support worker or team leader within residential, supported living, or domiciliary care
