Digital Marketing Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: Crewe - Hybrid (3 days per week on-site)
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) Full-Time
About the Role
We're recruiting a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be joining a leading manufacturer in the security industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop their career in a fast-paced marketing environment.
You'll play a key role in coordinating digital campaigns, managing content across multiple platforms, and ensuring the company's digital presence supports business-wide growth objectives.
The role is advertised as a 12-Month FTC Maternity cover, however due to considerable growth within the brand, they are expecting to extend this role to a full-time position after the 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution - Coordinate day-to-day digital marketing activity across websites, email, social media, and other digital channels. Schedule, publish, and optimise content to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Analytics & Reporting - Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, monitoring KPIs such as traffic, leads, engagement, and conversions. Track digital marketing spend and recommend improvements.
Digital Asset Management - Maintain an organised library of digital assets, ensuring version control and brand alignment across all materials.
Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with SEO, PPC, and web partners to deliver campaigns on time and to brief.
Lead Management - Ensure accurate lead capture and logging in Salesforce, maintaining high data quality and supporting sales effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
You'll have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You're digitally savvy with an interest in marketing technology and analytics, and you communicate clearly and confidently. Experience with CMS, social media management tools, or email marketing platforms is preferred, along with knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
