Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Purchase to Pay Associate to join our Purchase to Pay Team based in Dunmurry as an apprentice.

Your New Role
Are you currently studying at a Further Education college and currently studying a level 2 or 3 course? Are you interested in earning while you’re learning. This role reports to the Purchase to Pay Team Lead, providing day-to-day administrative and clerical duties associated with processing, recording, reconciling, reporting and paying of suppliers
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Finance Operations & Payments Support the end-to-end Purchase to Pay process by reviewing and processing invoices, maintaining supplier records, handling reconciliations, and running routine finance reports.
2. Communication & Issue Resolution Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues, supplier queries, or disputes, using professional tools and clear correspondence.
3. Compliance & Process Adherence Follow established procedures and quality standards, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations while contributing to process improvements.
4. Personal Development & Team Culture Take part in training, coaching, and development activities to grow your career, while helping foster an inclusive, safe, and value-led workplace culture.
The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Essential Criteria:
5. Currently studying a level 2 or 3 course, Finance or Business related at a Further Education College,
Criteria:
6. Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable processes but not essential
7. A keen interest in Finance / Shared Services and a desire to learn
8. Strong attention to detail and problem – solving skills
9. Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
10. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
