Job Description for Deputy Practice Manager Role Assist the Practice Manager with the running of the practice Deputise for the Practice Manager when she is off site Work with and support the Reception Supervisor regarding day-to-day running of the practice Act as effective ambassador for the practice when attending meetings and outside events with or instead of the Practice Manager Manage complaints and dealing with people effectively and with empathy Contribute to practice strategy and development Ensure Policies and Procedures are up to date and CQC compliant Assist with all aspects of Health and Safety Have a good understanding of SystmOne and Ardens templates Build and run reports and submit data Attend and minute all internal meetings including partners meetings, clinical meetings and reception team meetings Liaise with all new IT programme installations Work with reception supervisor regarding social media presence Organise and oversee patient health campaigns Any other job assigned by the Practice Manger or Partners These are the main part of the role, but responsibilities may grow in the event more hours become available
