We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working Pattern:
1. 2-3 varied shifts over 7 days, including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends. Specific shifts to be discussed at interview.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
2. Support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.

4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
