It has recently undertaken a transformation project with a focus on a major digital and operational transformation. As a business with a large real estate portfolio, the business needs a Real Estate lawyer to manage its outsourced project in India. This will involve providing real estate support to the team in India, managing the offshore legal service and ensuring its seamless integration with the UK business. You will implement processes and procedures, including legal operations systems, and really take this transformation project to fulfilment.
You will have the support of the wide real estate legal team as well as law firm support for this project.
The opportunity is ideal for a real estate lawyer who is perhaps looking for something different. The role requires real estate knowledge but is not about doing the real estate transactions, it is about finding efficiencies, training the offshore legal team and implementing best practice to ensure an effective and first class real estate legal function for the business.
About You
A real estate background, a highly organised approach and the ability to maintain excellent oversight as well as knowing when to provide assistance, conduct training or advise on legal matters is key. A keen interest in legal operations, supervising and finding the best way to do things is also key.
This is a unique opportunity and will suit a real estate lawyer who is looking to be part of a collegiate and tangible business on a part-time basis (3 days a week.)
Head office is Hertfordshire (30 mins from Kings Cross) with a City office option and certainly a hybrid working arrangement.
