Role Overview
We are looking for a Global Marketing Director to join our team
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives ABS business growth, enhances brand equity, and supports ABS's overarching strategic objectives.
You will provide strategic leadership across all global marketing activities, including corporate communications, brand management, content development, digital marketing, demand generation, events, partner and channel marketing, and sponsorships.
You can be located in the UK, US or Mainland Europe
You Will
* Strategy Development: Define and execute global marketing strategies aligned with ABS's growth objectives.
* Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team; foster collaboration and accountability.
* Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all markets.
* Digital Marketing: Drive digital transformation, marketing automation, SEO, and analytics.
* Demand Generation: Implement lead generation programs and measure pipeline contribution.
* Budget Oversight: Manage global marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation.
* Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners.
* Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and track marketing ROI and brand impact.
Requirements
Required:
* 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles in global organizations.
* Proven ability to develop and execute global marketing strategies.
* Strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and demand generation.
* Leadership experience in B2B marketing with a track record of building high-performing teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agri-business, or related field.
Preferred:
* Experience in agricultural or biotechnology sectors.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
