Job Description
Advertising Management
3. Set up and manage diverse paid search campaigns, ensuring optimal ad copy, keyword selection, bid management, and targeting for maximum ROI and KPI attainment.
4. Constantly refine keyword lists for relevance, performance, and cost efficiency.
5. Optimisation
6. Manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok campaigns, etc. to maximise campaign performance (e.g., bid adjustments, targeting edits, negative matching, etc.), and A+ content.
7. Collaborate on ad copy creation and optimise landing pages for conversions.
8. Conduct A/B tests on creatives and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
9. Data Analysis & KPI Interpretation - Monitor a variety of metrics (Impressions, CTR, CVR, ROAS etc) to deliver reporting and data driven changes to the advertising campaigns.
Budget Management
10. Working within targets and ever evolving market trends. Influencing ACOS, TACOS and ultimately profitability by dynamically pricing our customer offers.
11. Effectively manage budgets, allocating funds based on performance analysis to ensure optimal ROI.
12. Analyse campaign metrics regularly, provide actionable insights, and create reports for stakeholders.
Advertising Risk Management & GDPR Compliance
13. Ensure compliance with advertising policies, regulations, and best practices set by search engines and regulatory bodies.
14. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid search advertising platforms.
AI, Software Tools & Competitor Research
15. Able to use relevant advertising and marketing AI/Software tools to improve understanding and ROAS performance.
Communication
16. Communicate clearly with internal teams and agency partners to ensure that all advertising campaigns are executed as efficiently as possible.
17. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The Successful Applicant
18. Ideally with 7 to 10 years plus expertise and ability to independently manage all types of digital ad campaigns including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
19. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
20. Able to produce relevant KPI reporting to improve understanding and ROI/ROAS management.
21. They should also be skilled in understanding data insights, competitor advertising, and using various marketing automation tools to support decision-making, growth management [e.g., keyword selection, etc.] and attribution analysis.
22. Expertise in online Ad copywriting.
23. Ideally, expertise should include a good knowledge of AIDA [Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action] principles in relation to progressing prospects through the various stages of the sales funnel [Ideally for B2C and B2B] to purchase/buy.
24. Desirable to have experience managing large digital Ad budgets for multiple cross-platform campaigns simultaneously.
25. Ideally, a good knowledge of email marketing strategies, techniques, and principles required to nurture and build mailing lists and or support lead magnet campaigns.
26. Qualities sought include creativity, analytical, good work ethic, emotional Intelligence, problem solver, strong communication skills and being an excellent team player.
27. Salary: Negotiable; Bonus up to 22% based on personal & company performance
28. Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the office or hybrid [4 days in the office & 1 day from home]
