An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well-established, family-friendly law firm based in Walsall. This is a full-time, permanent position within a supportive and welcoming conveyancing team.

The Role:
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team. Duties will include:
* Handling initial conveyancing quotes and opening new files
* Liaising with Clients and other Solicitors involved in the transaction
* Preparing client care letters and legal documents
* Providing secretarial and administrative support across the conveyancing department
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team and values quality service over high-volume caseloads.
About You:
To be considered for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary job in Walsall, you should ideally have:
* A minimum of 12 months’ experience in conveyancing support
* Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills
* Good IT and case management system knowledge
* Experience in a new business department (desirable but not essential)
You should also be based in Walsall or the surrounding West Midlands area.
