To maximize the impact of these improvements, we're seeking a SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing Executive.

Key Responsibilities
* SEO Optimization:
* Conduct keyword analysis for IGCSE, A-Levels, Diploma, and Career Development Courses using Ahrefs and SEMrush.
* Optimize meta tags, alt texts, titles, headings, and schema markup for search and AI visibility.
* Build cluster pages and FAQ sections to enhance internal linking.
* Develop 5x 60+ DR backlinks and manage a disavow list.
* Perform site audits to fix HTML issues, ensure mobile compatibility, and validate sitemaps via Google Search Console (GSC) and Bing Webmaster Tools.
* Create AEO-optimized blog posts for AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Grok).
* Digital Marketing:
* Develop campaigns to promote courses via social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business) and email marketing.
* Create professional templates for course/category pages and design marketing materials (posters, digital ads).
* Manage paid ads (Google Ads, social media) to maximize conversions.
* Produce human-written articles and videos with AI voiceovers for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Performance Tracking:
* Configure GA4 and GSC to monitor traffic and key events (form submissions, clicks).
* Use Ahrefs, SEMrush, and heatmaps to track 10-20 keywords and optimize conversion rates.
* Deliver fortnightly/monthly KPI reports on traffic, rankings, and top pages.
* Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
Key Objectives
* Achieve a 5:1 ROI through SEO and marketing strategies.
* Increase organic inquiries for targeted courses.
* Secure page 1 rankings on Google and AI-driven searches.
* Enhance website health and user experience.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred, not required).
* Experience: 2+ years in SEO and digital marketing, ideally in education.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, GSC, and WordPress.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and schema markup.
* Soft Skills:
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Creative and deadline-driven.
* Certifications: Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot Academy certifications are a plus.
