You will spearhead the development and management of strategic relationships with employers, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and value. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our offerings with the needs and goals of our partners, creating win-win scenarios that drive mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify and cultivate new employer partnerships, leveraging market insights and trends.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our employer network and enhance engagement.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, ensuring their needs are met with timely and effective solutions.
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication and personalized support.
Customized Solutions
- Work closely with employers to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, tailoring our services to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized programs and initiatives that drive partner success.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse partnership performance, utilising data to drive decisions and optimize strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on partnership progress, outcomes, and future opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
Industry Engagement & Networking
- Represent PeoplePlus at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our reach.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to inform our partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
