As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you stay calm under pressure, fault-find with confidence, and help keep production running smoothly. Whether it's urgent breakdowns or proactive maintenance, you deliver consistent, hands-on support that keeps performance high.
You'll join a well-established manufacturing team in Norfolk, working on a wide range of automated equipment including packaging lines, chillers, conveyors, water treatment systems, and PLC-controlled machinery.
The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
Fault-finding on motors, sensors, drives, panels, and PLCs
Supporting production teams with fast and effective engineering response
Installing and upgrading electrical systems across the site
Ensuring safety compliance and following site procedures
What You'll Need:
Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds or BTEC)
Previous experience in an FMCG or busy manufacturing environment
Confident fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Commitment to Health & Safety and working as part of a team
