Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support Coordinator located in Draycott, Derbyshire. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing Sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining effective communication, and providing administrative assistance within the sales team, it will be office based Monday - Thursday (9am - 5pm) with a Flexible Friday (9am - 1pm) option of working from home or the office to suit you.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage CRM data ensuring that accurate reports can be produced and customer data is correct.
* Acknowledge new enquiries, chasing initial contact, requesting supporting documents such as layouts and initial qualifying.
* Business Development activities (including cold calling)
* Make appointments for the sales team
* Answer incoming telephone.
* Chase quotes / orders and PO's as required.
* Preparing quote & order documents
* Hitting KPI's
* Networking if required
* Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and contractors
Knowledge, skills and experience
* Industry knowledge would be an advantage.
* Proven experience in a customer service environment with Relationship Building.
* Previous experience in a role requiring high-level communication and initiative.
* The ability to plan, prioritise and manage own work to deliver agreed objectives and meet targets
* Close attention to detail
* Strong IT skills allowing you to effectively use internal systems
* Effective and appropriate communication skills via email and phone
* Commitment to deliver exceptional service contributing both as an individual and as an effective part of a team.
* Understanding of data protection and importance of confidentiality.
* Proactive approach to supporting senior management and sales teams.
What we offer
* A salary of £25k – £28k depending on experience
* Commission scheme with an OTE of around £32k - £35k

* Hybrid working Office based - 9am - 5pm Mon - Thurs with a flexible Friday - Working from home or office 9am - 1pm
