You'll Fit Right Inn...
* Respond to inquiries via telephone and email.
* Deal with all types of customer enquiries, ranging from bookings, general enquiries, or complaints.
* Attend to ad-hoc requests from wider business, dealing with relocations, and cancellations to support our customers.
* Support for inns at times with required support.
* Coordinate with cross-functional departments within the wider business to drive the right outcome with our customers first time.
* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends (Monday – Sunday, 9am-8pm).
* Have experience with hotel software and its functionalities (preferred but not essential).
* Be highly motivated with a strong focus on customer service.
* Exhibit strong multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Maintain a clean and professional appearance and work area.
* Report to one of our Supervisors who will nurture & help shape your future career working within ICG.

The position is a full-time temporary 3-month contract, with the opportunity to be made permanent subject to business performance. Holiday entitlement is based on a 5-day working week, which will include weekends.
There will be a 3-week training period based at our Support Hub.
