Your Role
As an EYFS Practitioner, you will support children aged 2–5 in developing communication, confidence, independence and curiosity.
* Lead creative, sensory and exploratory learning activities
* Build strong attachments that support emotional wellbeing
* Support children with SEN, communication needs and emerging developmental delays
* Set up and enhance high-quality learning environments
* Deliver small-group activities focused on early language, storytelling, fine motor skills and imagination
* Carry out detailed observations and contribute to learning documentation
* Ensure a high standard of safeguarding and care
* Work closely with teachers, therapists and early years specialists
* Experience in nursery or reception settings
* Strong understanding of early childhood development
* Passionate about creative, child-centred learning
* Excellent communicator, proactive and reflective
