Our client is a franchised dealership, who are now seeking to recruit an Exceptional and experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.
* Showroom based, meet and greet customers
* To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives
* To provide support, coaching and assistance to maximise sales volume and profitability being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s
* To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions in order to maximise sales profitability
* To oversee the enquiry management process
* To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure that customer satisfaction standards are maintained
* To maintain accurate and up to date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
* To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals / valuations, controlling and sales deals
About You
* 2-3 years experience of working as either Sales Controller, Business Manager or Transaction Manager is ideal
* To have a good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative DO training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulations
* To be self-motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
* To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
* Proven experience with strong exposure in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management and administrative duties.
* To have a valid driving licence
Package
Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm, One late till 9pm either a Tuesday or Thursday, day off in week and no Sundays
