What Youll Be Doing As an Area Sales Manager, youll work closely with regional sales teams to: Drive Innovation : Help reclassify materials from waste to product through lab testing, compliance specs, and regulatory alignment. Bridge the Gap : Translate bold commercial ideas into practical, standards-compliant solutions. Champion New Materials : Enable the use of innovative materials in a way thats both commercially viable and environmentally responsible. Grow : This is an individual contributor role to start, but with plans for team expansion, you could be leading it. What Were Looking For Were not ticking boxes were looking for the right mindset. Understanding of mineralogy, aggregate gradings, and material properties. Exposure to aggregates or construction materials is a big plus. Sales experience is not essential well support your development if you bring the right attitude. Soft Skills & Attributes: A confident communicator who can simplify the complex.
