Work Based Skills Adviser in Hospitality and Catering Lancaster and Morecambe College are seeking a highly motivated and organised Work-Based Skills Adviser to work with employers in supporting, training and preparing learners and apprentices for successful employment within the Hospitality & Catering sector. You will manage a caseload of learners on the following Apprenticeships: * Production Chef * Food and Beverage Team Member * Hospitality Supervisor Your skills will include being a confident communicator, having a high standard of current occupational knowledge and enthusiasm for developing people to reach their potential and progressing in their careers. You should hold a minimum Level 3 in appropriate technical/vocational/professional qualification. If you do not hold a Level 3 Vocational Assessors Award, you will be supported to achieve this. You will also have the opportunity to undertake a teaching qualification.
