Position Overview
A family‑owned civil contractor specialising in Civil, Commercial, Residential, Roading and Land Development projects is expanding its Drainage team and is looking for an experienced Drainage Specialist.
What We Offer
* Up to $45 per hour plus a work vehicle and phone

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a drainage crew and coordinate on‑site activities
* Read plans and liaise with engineers, project managers and surveyors
* Construct and install civil drainage systems in all three waters
* Operate excavators in deep drainage and various machines
* Ensure deadlines are met, provide crew training and maintain a strong focus on health and safety
Required Qualifications
* Trade qualified (registered or certified preferred)
* CCC authorised drainlayer
* Level 4 Infrastructure Certificate (preferred)
* Confined space ticket (preferred)
* Proven track record of leading a drainage crew
