We are proud to be partnered with a leading logistics company who are in search of a Client Executive to join their busy Freight and Transport Division. Reporting to the Service Manager, the role is to provide excellent support and maintain strong relations to both internl and external Clients.
Main Duties
1. Being a first point of contact and maintaining strong communication with Clients
2. Monitoring and tracking inbound shipments – ensuring that Clients are updated on any changes accordingly
3. Ensure that communication is well maintained with wider Freight Departments in supporting smooth running of deliveries and Client experience
4. Accurately and efficiently recording any Client claims
5. Ensure that any issues/ complaints are resolved within timely manner and escalated to the Service Manager where needed
6. Ensure that commercial invoices have required customs information
7. Liaising with 3rd Party Brokers when required in submitting clearances for transport
8. Reporting to the CEO and Station Manager regarding any additional tasks requested when needed
9. Completion of weekly KPI reports
Requirements
10. Previous experience from within Customer/ Client-Facing role – Essential
11. Confident adapting to internal systems – Essential
12. Proficient in using Excel and data input – Essential
13. Previous experience form within Logistics/ Transport Industry Customer Service/ Administration – Beneficial
14. Experience with Fright Management Systems – Beneficial
