Role Overview -
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Temporary Commercial Administrator / PA to provide dedicated administrative and assistant support to the Commercial Director, alongside assisting the wider commercial team within a busy new build housing environment.
This role is primarily administration focused, ensuring effective organisation, communication and documentation management across the commercial function.
Key Responsibilities -
Providing full administrative and PA support to the Commercial Director
Handling correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
Preparing and formatting reports, documents and presentations
Maintaining organised filing systems and commercial records
Updating and managing spreadsheets and internal trackers
Assisting with purchase orders and invoice logging
Chasing outstanding paperwork and supporting invoice queries
Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and internal departments
General office and commercial administrative duties as required
Requirements
Previous experience in an Administrative or PA role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
