About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Content & Media Support Assistant to join our team at our Ware office. This is a full-time, office-based position that combines content formatting, media editing, and customer support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
(Training provided)
* Reformat and structure content to meet company standards and guidelines
* Prepare and adapt content for different platforms and uses
* Edit and enhance photos and videos using appropriate software
* Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all content
* Handle customer queries and provide troubleshooting support over the phone
* Manage and respond to support tickets via the company’s ticketing system
Requirements
* Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, file management)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience using photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe or similar tools)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with customers and providing support over the phone
* Ability to manage and respond to tickets in a structured system
Desirable Skills
* Experience with content management systems (CMS)
* Previous experience in a customer support or helpdesk role
* Basic understanding of digital content formatting
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
