Overview
Berry Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Refuse Drivers to start ASAP for our client a local authority based at the Hedge End depot.
Responsibilities
* Driving the vehicle around Eastleigh and surrounding areas with a team of refuse loaders
* Sometimes assisting with loading
* Collect household waste, recycling and special collections
* Customer facing so good customer service is needed
* Adhere to health and safety at all times
Qualifications
* Available to start ASAP
* Must have the correct licenses including Digi Tachograph and CPC
* Previous rear steer experience is desired
* Previous experience of the waste industry and of waste collection is preferred but not essential as training will be given
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday 6am - 1.30pm. Hourly pay £14.30 (rising to £15.44 after 12 weeks).
